All items sent back for return or exchange are subject to a full inspection upon delivery. Anne Fontaine reserves the right to decline the return or exchange if it is not returned in a sellable condition deemed by Anne Fontaine standards.

ONLINE REFUND POLICY
Merchandise eligible for refund may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise eligible for refund may be returned using the pre-paid return label. To obtain a shipping label for your refund, please click on the button below.


Form

A $10.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using the pre-paid return label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only permissible for items with tags attached that have not been worn, altered or washed. Upon receipt of returned goods, ANNE FONTAINE reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet these requirements. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt. We will send an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Though we process your return immediately, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your statement. Items purchased with a promotional code or marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. Merchandise returned in store is not eligible for refund, only exchange.

1. Fill out the return form – Include your name, email address, and phone number so that we may contact you if necessary

2. Package your return item(s) in the provided packaging or equally protected packaging to ensure item(s) are not damaged in transit.

3. Visit the RETURNS & EXCHANGES section on this website to create a UPS return label

4 Drop off your package at a UPS Authorized Ship Center or UPS Office. To find a UPS location, visit UPS.com

RETURN OPTION TWO | Return on Your Own
If you elect to ship without the provided pre-paid label, please send your merchandise back via insured mail to the address below. Anne Fontaine is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

RETURN OPTION THREE | Return to an Anne Fontaine Store
You may return your item(s) to an Anne Fontaine store for an exchange. Refunds for AnneFontaine.com cannot be processed in store. Please call your nearest Anne Fontaine store to ensure the item you would like in exchange is in stock - visit our website for the location nearest you.

Boutique Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a store credit or exchange for your eligible merchandise.

Exchange or store credit will only be issued within 14 days of original purchase. The merchandise must be accompanied with the original receipt.

We will only accept returns and exchanges for items with tags attached that have not been worn, altered or washed.

ANNE FONTAINE reserves the right to deny an exchange or store credit if the merchandise does not meet these requirements.

RETURN POLICY

As always, we gladly accept returns and exchanges of new, unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of receiving your order.

A $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using the pre-paid return label.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 business days of that communication — issued in the form of the original payment. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders.

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE. This includes both markdowns and products purchased with promotional codes.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

Merchandise must meet our requirements for return:

  • Full-price items in their original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of delivery — they are not returnable in full-price retail stores
  • Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • In-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at annefontaine.com
  • Items purchased at a department store, sample sale or any other store selling ANNE FONTAINE merchandise can be returned only to that store
  • Items purchased using a promotional code or purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Refunds for online orders placed at annefontaine.com cannot be processed in-store. In-store purchases must be returned to your nearest ANNE FONTAINE boutique and cannot be processed VIA annefontaine.com 

RETURN A GIFT

We gladly accept gift returns and exchanges on new and unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Gifts purchased online at annefontaine.com can be either exchanged for a new item or a Gift Card or returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on new and unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed for the cost of merchandise only.

We do not offer exchanges for international orders.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Your happiness with your order is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense within 14 days from the date of purchase.

 ANNE FONTAINE will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label to expedite returns within the U.S.
